WTF Friday – The Bad Back Edition

in Entertaining nonsense and profound thought

So here’s the news.

Crazy Little Thing Called Dead is selling well. Yay!

I should be blogging and tweeting and facebooking all over the place.

What I’m actually doing is lying on my back, typing one handed. Well sometimes two handed. I can’t drive – I tried, I’m lucky I’m still alive. Kinda hard to want to come to a stop when every time you put your foot on the brake pedal you get a stabbing pain in your back. Makes for some dicey driving, let me tell you. I won’t be doing that again for a while.

I get about five minutes pain free in any one position, then another five minutes when it’s not too bad, and then I’m changing position. I went to the Chiropractor, I should be getting better soon. But until I do, my typing is limited to five minute blurbs.

I missed this when it first came out. Then you mentioned lying on your back on will write for chocolate and I went looking for why.
Hope it’s all better soon!

Hope you get some relief soon. Best not to drive as I heard you had an early snow up that way. Stay inside and rest.

Ah, Kate–so very sorry! You have my every sympathy. But on the upside–great news about your book! YAY!

Enjoying the book – best line so far: Oh, God, I am that girl that finds dead bodies.
Hope the back feels better soon, been there, done that, DO NOT want the t-shirt.

Yuck Kate, I’ve been there, hope you feel better soon!

That sucks! Much sympathy. I hope you get better very, very soon so you can do all those things you need to do. But great that your book is doing so well! Sounds like Indie is the way for you to go.
