Some of you are going to think I’m nuts, but if I never see this picture again it will be too soon. Show me a guy doing the things he would naturally do and if his steely abs show that’s great, if not, that’s great too. The artificial poses make me slightly nauseous! Substitute a woman for the man and how do you feel? I don’t know, maybe you are okay with this. That’s fine. But for me if feels like objectification, and it makes me feel slightly slimy – even if I do get to see a great set of abs.
Sorry – but not this.

Ditto. 1 is exploitive and creepy.
Also, I learned in science class that building muscles through rampant steroid use makes the winky shrink…so what good is that exactly?
I’m with GCB and Judy–Ick to #1, but a resounding Yes to #2. Muscles are not a turn-on when they’re so exaggerated like that. It is just creepy!
How’s your leg, Kate? Take care of you, okay? You’re up to #69 on the Kindle Free Bestseller list…yay!!
What?? Did I miss this over at Amazon??? Gadzooks! Must run!! Byeeeee!!!
Eeeeeuw!
But then, of course, I have never been a fan of grotesque muscles. Which these are. The only thing worse than these are those Hulk-type bulked-up muscles, which you know only arise from muscle damage.
Well-toned, yes. Icky six-packy, no. As a matter of fact, those types of guys on the covers of bodice-ripper type romances turn me sooooo off, that I won’t even consider buying them!
But pic. 2, where toned muscles are there because they’re being used, that’s good ! So we’re d’accord!
I completely agree on this one. Don’t like pic #1. Yummy pic #2.
