I tripped on the air somebody left lying around, rolled my ankle right over and fraction my leg. You may feel sorry for me. But not too sorry because I get to lay around doing nothing for a week before they put a cast on. (gotta wait for the swelling to go down.)

So OBVIOUSLY something happened to my blog feed since I am just now getting caught up on your trip on air, etc. Sigh. Email will be the death of me. All fixed. I will no longer be oblivious!!! I hope the laying around was nice. I don’t really want to break my leg. But I really need an excuse to lay around.

Oh, Kate! So very sorry! Damn air–who’d leave something like that just lying around? 😉 Take good care and treat yourself well, okay? I wish I was closer, I’d come be your nurse and make you tea and even my special croissants, the scent of which is currently filling my house and making it smell heavenly.

Hugs and healing energy!

Oh dear. That does look like a swollen leg. I’ll put in a word with the Surgeon in the Sky that the repairage goes well.

Yuck! Sympathy indeed!

I completely understand the risks of tripping over air and falling spectacularly. And usually publicly …

I think you’re still in teacher mode. You mean fractured. : )
Poor you. Hope you heal well and that it isn’t too painful while you’re waiting for the cast. Enjoy some good writing time. Hugs.

Nope. It’s Broke. (okay I fractured it – the end of the bone is separated from the rest of the bone.) But it’s broke.

Oh man, poor baby! You have my sympathies. Sounds dreadfully painful. Sending lots and lots of FGBVs!
